Introduction DeepSynapse Limited (“DeepSynapse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Fitrax mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Fitrax, how we use and protect that information, how long we retain it, and how you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. By accessing or using Fitrax, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. 2. Information We Collect The information we collect depends on the features you choose to use. 2.1 Account Information When you create or use a Fitrax account, we may collect: Your email address; Your account identifier or user ID; Login and authentication information; Account creation and login timestamps; Account status. We do not have access to your plain-text password. Passwords are protected using appropriate technical security measures. 2.2 Profile and Fitness Information When you use the fitness planning, workout, or progress-tracking features, you may choose to provide information such as: Age or age range; Gender, if voluntarily provided; Height and weight; Fitness goals; Activity level; Workout experience; Exercise preferences; Workout plans; Workout history; Fitness progress and records; Other fitness-related information you choose to enter. This information is used to provide and personalize the fitness features requested by you. Certain fitness-related information may be considered health or sensitive personal information under applicable laws. We only process this information for the purpose of providing the fitness-related features of Fitrax. We do not use fitness-related information for advertising, insurance eligibility, employment decisions, credit decisions, or the sale of personal information. 2.3 Usage and Technical Information When you use Fitrax, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including: Internet Protocol address; Device model; Operating system and operating system version; App version; Language and time-zone settings; Login and access times; Features accessed within the app; App interactions; Error, crash, diagnostic, and performance information; Server and security logs. We use this information to operate the Services, identify and correct technical problems, improve app stability and performance, prevent fraud or abuse, and protect the security of Fitrax and its users. 2.4 Customer Support Information If you contact us for customer support, submit feedback, report a problem, or request account deletion, we may collect: Your email address; The content of your communication; Information necessary to identify your account; Screenshots, device information, or other materials you voluntarily provide; Records of our responses and the resolution of your request. We do not provide account information, fitness information, or workout records to advertisers or data brokers. 6. Data Storage and International Processing Information collected through Fitrax may be transmitted to and stored on our servers or on servers operated by service providers acting on our behalf. These servers may be located outside the country or region in which you reside. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards intended to protect personal information transferred internationally, including contractual protections, access restrictions, and technical security measures. 7. Data Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. After we receive and verify an account-deletion request, account information will generally be deleted or de-identified from active production systems within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law. 8.2 Fitness and Workout Information Fitness information, workout plans, workout history, and progress records are retained while your account remains active or until you delete the relevant information. Following a verified account-deletion request, this information will generally be deleted or de-identified from active production systems within 30 days. 8.3 Technical and Security Logs Technical, diagnostic, security, and server logs are generally retained for up to 12 months. Certain logs may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or a security incident. 8.4 Customer-Support Records Customer-support communications and related records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the relevant request has been resolved. 8.5 Backup Copies Information deleted from active production systems may remain temporarily in encrypted or access-restricted backup systems. Backup copies are generally deleted or overwritten within 90 days through our normal backup and recovery cycle. 8.6 Legally Required Retention We may retain limited information for a longer period where reasonably necessary to: Comply with applicable law; Respond to legal proceedings; Prevent fraud or abuse; Protect the security of the Services; Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Account and Data Deletion You may request permanent deletion of your Fitrax account and associated personal information. 9.1 Requesting Deletion Within the App You may initiate an account-deletion request within Fitrax by opening: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account Follow the instructions displayed in the app to confirm your deletion request. 9.2 Requesting Deletion by Email If you cannot access the app, you may request account and data deletion by contacting: flowbody_endorsement@outlook.com Please use the following email subject: Fitrax Account Deletion Request The request should be sent from the email address associated with your Fitrax account. We may request limited additional information when reasonably necessary to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent deletion requests. 9.3 Information Deleted After a deletion request has been verified, we will generally: Permanently close your Fitrax account; Delete or de-identify your account information; Delete your fitness profile information; Delete your workout plans; Delete your workout history and progress records; Delete other personal information associated with your account from active production systems. The deletion process will generally be completed within 30 days after verification. 9.4 Information That May Be Retained We may retain limited information when required for: Legal compliance; Fraud prevention; Security investigations; Dispute resolution; Enforcement of applicable terms; Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes. Account deletion is permanent and cannot normally be reversed. 10.
